On Friday Feb 18 2000 most U.S. Exchanges will close early. All U.S Exchanges will be closed Monday Feb 21 in observance of the Presidents Day holiday. This week began our new tracking year for our Bi-Weekly Investment Outlook and Morning Comments. The value for the BW was set at 55,000 the MC was $ 50,000.

Last Years combined Gains of $150,455.70 over those amounts will be put together and dedicated to a new program trading SP500 and NASDAQ 100 Futures.. Both Day trades and position trades NOT listed in either the Bi-weekly or Morning Comments.

These trades will be sent to readers as part of our Basic Service and titled ‘Index Flashes’

We may separate this program from the basic service and charge a Fee. At that time current subscribers will NOT be subject this fee (if and when this happens)
